<p>As a Master Brewer for Guinness, Fergal Murray is charged with maintaining a 250 year-old legacy of making beer that has become a standard of quality and innovation. As a worldwide Ambassador for Guinness, Murray shares his infectious passion and extraordinary knowledge of this national brew. Murray began as a research chemist for Guinness and since has completed a brewing degree and created a six-step pouring process unique to Guinness.</p>
<p>This Irish season, take a little time to toast the heart and history of Ireland&#8217;s own, come visit Murray at Browne&#8217;s, O&#8217;Dowd&#8217;s or The Cashew Sun. March 14.</p>
