Irish whiskey: single-malt, blended, mountain or spring water, peat fire, smokey or smooth. Think you know your Uisce Beatha (Water of Life) whiskey? Come taste several Irish whiskeys and learn the differences, the similarities and the nuances from the experts. Also enjoy some Celtic camaraderie, a dinner by Raglan Road and appropriate music for the evening.
6 pm dinner followed by program
